USichemical factory- Gaizhou Hengda Chemicals Co., Ltd., a Hi-Tech enterprise, is one of the earliest leaders in R&D,manufacturing and sales of silane coupling agents in China, who is located inGaizhou, Liaoning Province, the birthplace of the organic silane couplingagents in China.

In January 2010, GaizhouHengda Chemicals Co., Ltd., asset injected Nanjing Union Silicon Chemical Co.,Ltd., and become the major shareholder of USI Chemical.

In order to expandUSI brand influence, USI Chemical America LLC was founded in Dallas, TX inSeptember 2013.
