Applications:

1. Organofunctional silane n-Decyltrimethoxysilane is mainly used to deal with inorganic materials, e.g. glass, silica. Al2O3, Kaolin, pottery and porcelain, mica, SiC, talcum powder etc..

2. Silane coupling agent n-Decyltrimethoxysilane can be used to improved the property of blending with organic matter and water-proof, enhanced the mechanical property of the products.

3. Fog-proof Preparation of Glass

a) This organosilane can protect blank glass and coated glass (optical antireflex coating, vacuum antireflex coating, reflective coating)

b) This silane can also protect optical parts or precision instrument with graduations and metal frames.

4. Protect Historical Relics or Other Products from Water.

5. Protect historical relics (esp. outdoor historical relics) from corrosion, freeze or efflorescence.
